Natural Reader provides full speech output within all programs.  This program will read all highlighted text from within any program. 



As long as text is selectable, NaturalReader will read it.  This also has the option of creating audio books or MP3 files from selected text.  This is a very simple one button click operation once the text is selected.  In this way, students have the option of creating audio versions of work that is presented to them on the computer.
