How often have you lost a flash drive or thumb drive, and lost your valuable information or all your hard work?
How often have you forgotten where your most recent file was saved? If you work on a computer at home, multiple computers at school, and also save your files on flash drives, do you ever forget where your most recent work is?

Flash drives can be expensive (when they get lost), and frustrating when it's difficult to keep track of where they are or where you have saved your work!

Saving your files and information in the CLOUD is the most effective, easiest way of keeping track of your digital stuff.

As long as you have a login to one or more of these CLOUD services, you can get to your digital stuff on any computer, as long as you have an Internet connection.

Google Docs
Students and teachers can create documents, spreadsheets and presentations and then collaborate with each other in real-time right inside a web browser window. You can also upload files of any kind to store, into Google documents.

Dropbox
This is the simplest and EASIEST way to keep track of all your files!
Dropbox allows you to sync your files online and across your computers automatically.
Sharing files is simple and can be done with only a few clicks.  Shared folders allow several people to collaborate on a set of files.   backs up your files online without you having to think about it.
A copy of your files are stored on Dropbox's secure servers. This lets you access them from any computer or mobile device.

Evernote
Use Evernote to save your ideas, things you see, and things you like. Then find them all on any computer or device you use. You can use Evernote on your handheld device (iPod Touch, android phone etc.) to take photos of the board, pictures of maps or posters etc. You can also record your voice quickly on evernote, and then access it on your computer.    More information ....
